Towering stands of oak, hickory, and poplar blanket the mountainsides, creating ideal habitat for Eastern wild turkeys. In the spring, the forest wakes up with fresh green growth and the unmistakable sound of gobblers echoing from ridge to ridge at daybreak.

This hunt offers participants a chance to experience classic Appalachian turkey hunting. Mornings will begin before sunrise as hunters listen for gobbles rolling through the mountain valleys before moving into position along hardwood ridges, logging roads, and natural travel corridors where gobblers roam during the spring breeding season.
