Turkey Hunts

Our turkey hunts are open to all those served by our organization and will occur from the mountains to the coast. As with the whitetail hunts, each mentor pairing is placed with a volunteer that guides them to the hunt location. All hunts are documented through video and photographs. Participants can anticipate heart pounding experiences with mature longbeards in a variety of habitat including mountains peaks and valleys, piedmont hardwood bottoms, and coastal pine savannahs. Hunts occur on a variety of land across North Carolina from intensely managed private land, private hunt clubs, and temporarily donated land. Hunts include the use of crossbows or shotguns.
